Core system change in SME sector
A Hungarian IT consulting firm won a tender for a logistics company, but had a lack of expertise in data migration and system change cutover processes. For this purpose they looked for a partner.

Methods
In order to fulfill the wishes of our client, following activities were used:
data migration: Morihana created methodology for loading master and transactional data from legacy systems to the new ones.
cutover: Morihana planned and executed a cutover agenda, which guided the client during the transition process to the new ERP and transactional systems.
Results
At that factory, within ten month of the project, we provided a template plan, succesfully tried it during test days, and supported the change of the first few sites countrywide, thus supported the client to be capable of continuing the transition by the newly acquired knowledge and experience.
